Within the range of the Granovi heat exchanger,
the fine dust emissions are reduced with 99%
AMMONIA REDUCTION
Ammonia emission limitation is based on drying
and heating the manure/litter layer
ENERGY COST SAVING
The heat exchanger results in energy cost savings and reduced CO2 emissions. If it is possible to install the G6000A type, extra efficiency can be achieved because the sun heats up the corrugated sheets so that the incoming air is even much warmer. In some situations, this allows the house to warm up before the broilers arrive.
ODOUR REDUCTION
A side effect of fine dust reduction is the reduction of odour.
Odour is for a large part ‘attached’ to the larger dust parts. Smell sticks to the coarse dust to a great extent.
DROUGHT PREVENTION
- Good moisture regulation prevents dryness in the house - Condensation is collected in the distribution tank and partly evaporated again - Excess condensation discharged via an outlet under the divider tray.
OPTIMAL AIR DISTRIBUTION
-Optimal air distribution of the incoming air throughout the house since the air enters at different places with the same temperature (avoids unrest/undesirable air currents in the house) - Adjusting the air inlet is possible (and easy) so that the broilers do not suffer from air draft
EQUAL PRESSURE
Because the same amount of air is blown in as is extracted, a situation of “equal pressure” exists. This is a major advantage for free-range houses.
MAINTENANCE-FRIENDLY
- The air filter keeps the exchanger clean on the inside and only needs cleaning on the outside - Self-cleaning system through permanently installed brush system on the outside of the exchanger (clock setting or manual) - Because the heat exchanger is hanging in the house, you have no problems with cleaning when it is freezing outside
G6000A The incoming air is taken between the corrugated sheets and insulation
G6000B The incoming air is drawn in directly from the outside.
